Welcome to my world of navigating through healthy eating, exercise and general wellness.

I'm Hollie, the blonde one behind Blondie and the Munch, and I've been following WW (weight watchers) since January 2020 – with success! Before this, I've never focused on myself and my wellbeing. I thought I was eating fairly healthily until I started actually tracking what I was munching each day and realised portion sizes were ridiculous and sugary treats featured far more often than I thought. It had to improve – not necessarily change completely – I just had to learn about balance.


So, I followed IG accounts, blogs, YouTube channels, bought cookbooks (yes, physical books) to shake up my repertoire and add in interesting and new meals that I'd be excited to eat. I'm all about the visual, so they have to look as good as they taste. And each meal gets posted for all to see on Instagram at blondie.and.the.munch 


Alongside my Instagram page, I wanted to share more with fellow weight-watchers about food, cooking, mindset and life. Seeing other people's journeys always inspires me and seeing transformations give me motivation on days it's somewhat lacking – so I wanted to give back a little and help anyone else out there who feels the same way.
