I think we are all guilty of looking at other people's bodies, hair, lives, careers and comparing them to our own. The classic "the grass is always greener". The truth is, the grass is greener where you water it. That means you need to start investing in yourself and focus on you – not anyone else.

Life is tough enough without comparing ourselves to others. We don't know what they've gone through behind the scenes – remember that social media posts are just a highlight reel. People don't tend to post the work that goes behind it all.

Keep you eyes on your own goals and worry about achieving them for yourself, not anyone else. And don't forget, there will be someone looking at you and your life and thinking how amazing it is.
