Because you all seem to be loving baked oats as much as I do, I had to post and share another flavour concoction that I'd dreamed up. This one is a must for Biscoff lovers and banoffee lovers alike!

Serves 1

5 SmartPoint

Ingredients

40 g oats

1 scoop banana protein powder

1 banana

3 tbsp fat free natural / Greek yoghurt

30ml skimmed milk (optional)

1 eggs

1 tsp biscoff spread

1 biscoff biscuit

Method

- Preheat the oven to 180ºC / Gas Mark 5

- Mix the oats and protein powder together in a bowl, before adding in one whisked egg

- Then add the milk to loosen the mixture a little and the yoghurt (depending on how dry you like your oats will determine how much or little of the wet ingredients you'd use)

- Roughly chop the banana and stir into the mixture (it doesn't affect the flavour much but adds some extra goodness and keeps it nicely moist)

- Pour the mixture into an ovenproof dish

- Bake in the warm oven for 30-35 minutes until set and golden on top

- Smother the biscoff spread on the top and sprinkle the crumbs of a biscuit

Happy breakfasting!
