Recipe: Salted Caramel + Biscoff Protein Shake

Oh this one looks and tastes so naughty but it's really not! It actually tastes like a pot of salted caramel ice cream has melted in to a glass and you're just slurping it up through a straw – sounds naughty, right? It's perfect for breakfast / post work-out / dessert / whenever you get a craving for something sweet!
I've never really got into the whole protein shake thing, because 1. I was a little intimidated and 2. I never really paid enough attention to my fitness let alone things like macro levels or my intake of protein at least. My workout buddy and cousin would always have a shake after a session and so I asked her advice and jumped on the bandwagon.
Disclaimer
I'm not endorsing this brand but this is the one I use, so I know about it for points and flavour, but there are plenty out there so find one that suits you. I'm sure they'll all mix in to this recipe in the same way!
Serves 1 / 300ml
7 SmartPoints per serving
Ingredients
250ml skimmed milk
2 tbsp crushed ice
1 scoop PhD diet whey protein powder - salted caramel flavour
1 Biscoff biscuit
1 tbsp FF Greek yoghurt
Pinch of cinnamon
Method
- Add the milk, ice, protein powder and yoghurt to a blender and blitz for two minutes
- Pour into a glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon and a crushed Biscoff biscuit
