Okay, so it's not exactly a recipe because who doesn't know how to smear soft cheese on a bagel? But this is more how I like to make my cream cheese and salmon bagel.

This morning I fancied something light, fresh and summery, so this was perfect. I always buy bagel thins now rather than the full size ones (even though I loved them) because now I find them a bit too heavy. Also they cost more smart points, so where ever I can save one or two of them, I will!

I toast my bagel a little and top with light soft cheese and oak-smoked salmon (a zero hero). For a fancy touch (because I like to make my food look like I'm eating out when I'm at home) I add fresh dill and lemon juice and zest – they are just best friends with smoked salmon.

Foods to point

Warburton Bagel Thin - 4sp

30g light soft cheese - 1sp

Smoked salmon - 0sp

Et, voila!

Brunch is served
